Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and operating plant equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning properly and efficiently. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete and maintain accurate records, logs, and reports of plant equipment and systems.
  • Instruct and train apprentices in the operation and maintenance of plant equipment.
  • Assist in the development of operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
  • Monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems to detect malfunctions and ensure normal operation.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Write detailed reports on plant operations and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of plant equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
