Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at InMotion Security Patrol Services Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure that they are in good working order.
- Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security protocols are aligned with business objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their security needs are met.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security supervisory role.
- 3-4 years of experience in a security-related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including visible minorities, Indigenous peoples, and newcomers.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive hiring practices.
- Experience working with government or community programs that support youth employment, newcomer employment, and Veteran employment.
