Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at InMotion Security Patrol Services Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are performing their duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security protocols are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, policies, and protocols.
- Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external agencies to ensure that we are aware of any potential security threats.
- Ensure that all security personnel are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure that we are prepared to respond to any security incidents.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Our security team works in a variety of locations, including offices, warehouses, and other facilities. As a Security Supervisor, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
