About the Role:

The Web Customer Service Broker is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across the web. This role requires a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sound advice on personal insurance matters and recommend coverage and/or upsell/cross-sell additional products.
  • Maintain a professional standard of conduct at all times, promoting a positive image of ThinkInsure.
  • Assess customer needs, apply sound judgment, and provide protection guidance and advice as required.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through regular contact, identifying customer concerns, and recommending solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Director and Team Lead, Servicing, to maintain assigned books of business and adhere to internal and company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Currently holding RIBO license or obtain RIBO license within 3 months of start date.
  • Minimum of 2 years progressive experience in administration and services.
  • Customer service experience and strong focus on service excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work environment with the option to work from the office and/or home.
  • Moderate job stress related to meeting tight deadlines, multi-tasking multiple priorities, and requests.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
