Senior Fraud Monitoring Specialist

As a Senior Fraud Monitoring Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization against financial risks and ensuring the integrity of our transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer accounts to identify potential risk areas.
- Collaborate closely with product, finance, and software engineering teams to assess fraud risk on credit card and ACH payments.
- Develop and implement innovative fraud prevention strategies using extensive transactional data analysis.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to management on fraud and risk.
- Participate in cross-functional teams supporting existing and emerging payment products.
- Lead collaborative efforts with internal and external teams to develop and implement effective risk management solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, encompassing traditional and alternative payment methods.
- Proficiency in utilizing and deployment of industry-standard risk management tools.
- Hands-on experience in AML transaction monitoring and mitigating online fraud.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex situations.
- Proactive approach and strong prioritization skills.
