About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman/Forewoman to join our team at Earthscape Ontario. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the day-to-day work activities of our landscape construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train crew members in skills and methods of landscape installation, ensuring adherence to Earthscape's standard operating procedures and quality expectations.
  • Plan labor requirements, equipment needs, and material deliveries to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and provide oversight on job sites to ensure high-quality results.
  • Maintain and enforce standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and shop/yard areas.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in landscaping construction site work, including concrete, masonry, carpentry, site layout, site grading, and water feature installation.
  • Experience reading and interpreting scaled drawings.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients.
  • Comfortable operating a variety of landscaping machinery.
  • Minimum G class license.
