Pizza Hut Food Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen and dining areas are running smoothly.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our standards.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire talented food service staff to join our team.
  • Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and maintain our food and service quality to meet the highest standards.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Accurately record and maintain data on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on kitchen operations, sales, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Health Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, and other benefits.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
