Your Role
As a seasoned Electrical Industry Manager, you will be responsible for managing an active account base, driving customer acquisition and retention, and fostering strong relationships with our existing and new customer network. You will collaborate closely with Corporate Managers, Sales Directors, Customer Service Managers, branch staff, and HR to develop strategies that maintain or increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, you will assist with sales calls and business-building presentations as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze data to meet branch Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as gross profit and sales margins.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners to achieve common goals.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in the electrical industry or similar industry.
- 5+ years of progressive management experience, with proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team.
- Strong financial acumen and expertise in managing P&L responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly, as required.
