We are seeking an experienced Financial Records Coordinator to join our team at PH SAULT INC.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and reconciling accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, posting journal entries, and preparing other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A college diploma or certificate in bookkeeping or a related field
  • At least 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. You will work 30-35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
