About the Role

As a Supervisor at Savers, you will play a critical role in driving store success by making key decisions that impact business results. You will be responsible for developing and empowering your team members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.

About Savers

Savers is a purpose-driven company that champions reuse and inspires a future where secondhand is second nature. We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.
