Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Quality Water Services west Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales workers.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management.
- Training and Development: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, as well as cultural competency training for Indigenous workers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent.
This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
