We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage Inventory: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Language: English
