Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the financial, technical, and logistical components of each raffle lottery
  • Organize and train a diverse group of volunteer sellers
  • Carry out pre- and post-draw operations
  • Oversee the secure handling of electronic equipment and lottery revenues
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Available to work at least 50% of all events at Abbotsford Centre each month
  • Available to work during the Christmas holiday season, spring break, and summer
  • Comfortable working with technology, including tablet-based applications
  • Ability to thrive and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable team player who respects people who volunteer and knows how to make their team's day
  • Driven with initiative and a commitment to service excellence
  • Experience cash handling and supervising staff is an asset
  • Experience working in a volunteer-focused program is an asset
