Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Field Service Manager to oversee the operations of our service department in Australia. This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader who can manage a team of field technicians and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of field technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet/exceed sales objectives and achieve profit plan targets.
  • Manage the service depot activities and facility operations, ensuring all incoming/outgoing calibration, maintenance, and repair services meet established performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot and collaborate with other departments to achieve operational excellence.
  • Participate in audits and internal/external escalations as a lead representative.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-7 years' relevant business experience, including decision-making, managing, or supervising.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a high-volume field service environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • People management skills and ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with customers and internal departments.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with information technology concepts, personal computers, Microsoft Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office applications.
