Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.



Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Dentist: Prepare patients for dental examinations, order dental and office supplies, maintain and order supplies, sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment, educate patients concerning oral hygiene, polish teeth and clinical crowns and apply fluoride and sealant, prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays, schedule and confirm appointments, pack plastic material in moulds to form full or partial dentures, take and develop X-rays, and take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts.


Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hospital/medical facility or clinic setting
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, client focus, flexibility, accuracy
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, accurate
