Cherish at Central Park is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing accounts payable, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to residents, guests, and colleagues
- Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and spreadsheets
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Respond to emergency calls and provide support during evening shifts
- 1 year of experience in front desk or administrative roles
- 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent oral and written English skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a part-time position, working 15 hours per week on Saturday and Sunday evenings. The ideal candidate will be able to commute to Langford, BC or plan to relocate before starting work.
