Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including manufacturer-specific vehicles and rebate programs.
- Project a positive attitude and work effectively without supervision.
- Ensure all work is thorough, accurate, and completed in a timely fashion.
- Attend training classes and stay up-to-date on new equipment, features, and tools.
- Answer customer service phone calls and provide competitive and reasonable car quotes.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle's delivery and inform them when vehicles are ready to be picked up.
- Comply with strict regulations and requirements of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).
- Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Automotive Sales Experience is an asset.
- OMVIC Certification is required.
- Dealer CRM system experience is an asset.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Strong computer skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Salary$50,000 - $130,000 per year
