Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled KBE Design Engineer to join our team at RGBSI. As a KBE Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating complex CAD models using Knowledge Based Engineering (KBE) techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain parametric CAD models for commodities using KBE template modeling techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop complex vehicle systems.
- Dictate architecture and construction techniques for CAD models.
- Create master development and packaging requirements sections.
- Define master template modeling structures.
- Train and mentor other CAD engineers on modeling techniques and architecture.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD modeling with Siemens NX.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in robust modeling with Siemens NX.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in parametric CAD modeling with Siemens NX.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Body in White (Automotive) Engineering.
- Strong English speaking skills.
- Strong engineering design project presentation skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Body in White and/or Closures CAD Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Body in White and/or Closures CAD Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CAD parametric modeling with Siemens NX.
Education:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
