General Clerk Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers and fellow team members.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Share product knowledge with customers and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Ensure the department is well-stocked and presented, and that only the freshest products are displayed.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Clean equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Use a variety of equipment, including knives, to prepare and display products.
Requirements:
- A passion for great food and providing exceptional customer service.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver outstanding results.
- Retail customer service experience is considered an asset.
