Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Operate a cash register with precision and accuracy, handling customer transactions with ease.
- Share product knowledge with customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment, ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Clean equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to excellence.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Retail customer service experience is considered an asset, but not required.
