Key Responsibilities- Manage the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity operational and monitoring tools across the organization.
- Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and cybersecurity teams to ensure effective planning, provision, and maintenance of operational and monitoring tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation of cybersecurity operations, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies and initiatives, including threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of cybersecurity efforts.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and provide recommendations for improving our cybersecurity posture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- CISSP or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with a focus on threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, including SIEM, IAM, and endpoint detection and response.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
