Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination

Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.

Information Management

Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.

Meeting Support

Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and distribute them to relevant parties.

Employee Support

Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Office Administration

Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that the office is well-stocked and organized.

Travel Arrangements

Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.

Front Desk Reception

Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.

Document Management

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Correspondence and Reporting

Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Marketing Support

Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 to 44 hours per week.
