Meeting SupportRecord and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and distribute them to relevant parties.
Employee SupportRespond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Office AdministrationOrder office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that the office is well-stocked and organized.
Travel ArrangementsArrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
Front Desk ReceptionGreet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
Document ManagementSet up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Correspondence and ReportingType and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Marketing SupportWork with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
Requirements- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 30 to 44 hours per week.
