Job Summary

PANAGO PIZZA is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and accurate service
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to meet business needs
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required
  • Client focus and team player with excellent communication skills
Work Environment
