  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Establish work schedules for staff, balancing productivity and work-life balance.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is also a requirement.
