Key Responsibilities

Assist in applying KPMG's audit and accounting practices and methodologies at client engagements.

Conduct financial statement review and compilations for private companies.

Lead field engagement teams and coach junior staff members.

Analyze complex accounting issues and perform financial and systems analysis.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients.

Provide a high-value service representing KPMG's firm, helping companies assess their risk and ensure transparency across their operations.

Requirements

Accounting or business degree.

Successful completion of the CFE and/or working towards a CPA designation.

2+ years postgraduate experience with a public accounting firm.

Excellent project management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Experience with ASPE and ASNPO.

Excellent client service skills with an aptitude to understand clients' businesses and maintain strong client relationships.

Dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of client service and professional performance.

Experience mentoring and delegating work to junior staff.

Previous experience and technical knowledge to the benefit of the client.
