Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver catering supplies, including tables, chairs, linens, and cutlery, to event spaces, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate the delivery of hot and cold food items to event spaces, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Assist with preparing and managing invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adhere to all Aramark policies and procedures, including occupational health and safety and food safety protocols.
- Perform general preventative maintenance on company vehicles, adhering to driver checklists and maintaining safe driving habits.
- Other duties as assigned by the Catering Manager.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or catering required.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull minimum 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
