Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage pharmacy staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, effective communication, and cohesive teamwork.
  • Supervise and direct employees to achieve operational success, financial targets, and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Motivate and develop staff through coaching, training, and performance assessments.
  • Oversight of inventory control, budgeting, and employee performance evaluations.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and maintain open communication channels to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:



  • A valid license to practice as a pharmacist in British Columbia and good standing with the College of Pharmacists.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmacy management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of entrepreneurial skills and passion for building business.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and train staff effectively.
