Lead a Compassionate Team at Sienna Senior Living

Sienna Senior Living, a leading provider of seniors' living residences in Canada, seeks a seasoned leader to cultivate happiness in daily life and inspire a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a high-performing management team
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional resident care and services
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Implement person-centred care philosophy
  • Develop and implement a care philosophy that prioritizes resident needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the community and attract new residents
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with seniors, families, and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with community partners to promote the community and enhance resident experiences
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Health or Social Services
  • Proven track record of effective team management, budget management, and operational excellence
  • Licensed administrator in the Province of Ontario
  • Or have completed a long-term care home administration program with a minimum of 100 hours of instruction
  • Fire Safety Planning Training
