Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Sales Lead to join our team at Stuart Weitzman. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering sales results, executing company initiatives, and maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve store AOP and individual sales goals by leveraging your proficiency in sales and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Excellence: Execute company initiatives and maintain operational standards, including maintaining the sales floor and backroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to Stuart Weitzman standards.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture and achieve sales goals.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Stuart Weitzman as a brand ambassador, adhering to all company policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention.
  • Technical Skills: Possess knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills, including iPads and Mobile POS.
  • Availability: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and meet Stuart Weitzman's scheduling and availability expectations.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of similar retail experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
