Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Sales Lead to join our team at Stuart Weitzman. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve store AOP and individual sales goals by executing company initiatives and operational standards.
  • Customer Experience: Support the customer experience and teamwork environment to achieve store and individual sales plans.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay current with market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors.
  • Operational Tasks: Complete all types of operational tasks, including maintaining store sales floor and backroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to Stuart Weitzman standards.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish inventory on sales floor as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture.
  • Brand Ambassador: Adhere to all Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention.
  • Store Operations: Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of similar retail experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills (including iPads, Internet, Mobile POS).
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
