Pricing and Revenue Manager

Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing Porter Airlines' pricing strategy to maximize revenue generation. Key duties include:
- Implementing and optimizing fare strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborating with the Inventory Management team to develop and execute market strategies
- Managing the process of implementing public and private fare filings in ATPCO
- Providing detailed analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking performance against goals
- Maintaining pricing and revenue management system parameters to ensure optimal results
- Monitoring competitor fare initiatives and day-to-day pricing adjustments to ensure competitiveness
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring data and revenue integrity in all day-to-day processes, databases, and dashboards
- Participating in Porter's Safety Management System (SMS) and reporting hazards and incidents
- Supporting commercial and operational initiatives to successful completion
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous airline pricing and revenue management experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of industry revenue management systems
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel focus)
Education
A university degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Network Planning, Strategic Planning, Operational Research, Mathematics, or Engineering is required. An MBA or M.Sc. is an asset.
