About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Paver Operator to join our team at Eagle Asphalt Paving Ltd. Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Heavy Equipment: Safely operate paver equipment, including computer-controlled systems, to ensure high-quality asphalt finishes.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Clean and lubricate equipment, refill tanks, and perform pre-operational checks to maintain equipment efficiency and extend its lifespan.
  • Task Execution: Conduct various tasks, such as securing special attachments, operating hydraulic pumping systems, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors in a physically demanding environment, adhering to strict safety standards and guidelines.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects, meeting quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in asphalt finishing or a related field.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
