About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Mountain View Resort & Suites. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maximizing efficiency.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
