Restaurant Operations Manager

At Mountain View Resort & Suites, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including inventory management, health and safety regulations, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Group insurance benefits and permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours of work per week.
