Job Title: Production Supervisor - Plastic Products Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Panefri North America Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities: Oversee the daily operations of production workers, ensuring they meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Coordinate with Other Teams: Develop and implement efficient work schedules, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless production flow.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions: Provide input on hiring, promotions, and other personnel decisions to ensure the team is well-equipped to meet production demands.
  • Prepare Reports and Analyze Data: Generate production reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and quality.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure staff have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a smooth production process.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a production supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
