Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Westend Tech Ltd. DBA The Mighty Fraser Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Linens and Amenities: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and launder clothing and household linens.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Experience: While experience is an asset, we are willing to train the right candidate. Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
