Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational plans to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and operations
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Train and develop staff in duties and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality results
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Steel-toed safety boots required
