Your Job Description

As a Zip Solution Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through pre-sales technical support and collaboration with our Sales team. You'll help prospects understand the value of our solution, identify their pain points, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.

You'll partner closely with our Sales team to drive deals forward, fostering relationships with prospective customers and staying up-to-date on our solution's capabilities and roadmap. Your expertise will inform product development and sales strategies, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing pre-sales technical support to customers, including discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to deliver on sales objectives and driving growth through innovative problem-solving.
  • Partnering with Post-Sales Solutions Consultants to ensure seamless transitions from sale to onboarding.
  • Fostering relationships with prospective customers and staying up-to-date on our solution's capabilities and roadmap.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of mid-market B2B solutioning experience in a fast-paced organization.
  • Ability to tailor messaging to cross-functional audiences and articulate the value of software solutions to customers.
  • Strong solution selling skills, business acumen, and excellent discovery skills.
  • Knowledge of key principles of software integration, including iPaaS and APIs.
  • A strong solutioning mindset and self-starting attitude.
