Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper / Cook to join our team at Charles MacPherson Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residence, as well as preparing delicious meals for our family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily housekeeping duties, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning kitchen and bathroom areas
  • Prepare and cook meals using recipes and ingredients provided
  • Manage inventory of household supplies, including groceries, cleaning products, and toiletries
  • Perform laundry and occasional steaming or ironing
  • Manage trash and recycling
  • Supervise trades and contractors as needed
  • Ensure household security protocols are followed
  • Answer the door and receive packages
  • Provide light pet care
  • Perform errands and other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills and professional personal presentation
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and reach high spaces using a house ladder
