Invoice Specialist

Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled Invoice Analyst to join our team at the Opa Locka Service Center. As an Invoice Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze sales proposals to ensure accurate invoicing
- Process complex work packages involving multiple payers and warranty programs
- Prepare and review invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and report on customer information, including credit limits and warranties
- Provide guidance and mentoring to employees in assigned area
- Minimum 5 years of experience in invoicing with SAP
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation parts, maintenance, or aviation invoicing
- Thorough knowledge of invoicing modules in SAP
- Working knowledge of aviation vocabulary
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships
