Compensation Package

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from $20 to $24 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide an excellent benefits package, including employee assistance programs, RRSP matching, and comprehensive health insurance.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Damage Technician to join our team. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for responding to water-related emergencies in homes and businesses across Mirabel. Your primary objective will be to minimize damage, restore properties to their original state, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude, with the ability to understand complex systems and troubleshoot issues;
  
• Detailed-oriented and curious, with a strong focus on safety and quality;
  
• Organized and efficient, with excellent time management skills;
  
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces;
  
• Friendly and communicative, with excellent interpersonal skills;
  
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record;
  
• Ability to pass a background check;
  
• Intermediate-level proficiency in English or French (Quebec).
