About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced WOC Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Woodstock area. The successful candidate will provide wound and ostomy consultation for patients in our clinic and community settings.
As a WOC Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans for patients with wounds and ostomies
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Developing and implementing evidence-based practices to promote wound healing and ostomy management
- Providing education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on wound and ostomy care

What We OfferCarePartners offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes paid mileage, flexible hours, and a comprehensive orientation program.
