About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at WINMATE INTERNATIONAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP INC. as a permanent full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Web Server Management: Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade web server hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Network Traffic and Security Monitoring: Implement and optimize network traffic and security monitoring software to prevent potential threats and ensure data integrity.
  • Web Page Development: Modify web pages, applets, and scripts to enhance user experience and improve website functionality.
  • Technical Support: Respond to requests for help and information from website visitors and designers, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform web-server backup and recovery operations to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or data loss.
Community Support
  • Newcomer and Refugee Support: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflicts or natural disasters, providing them with opportunities for integration and employment.
  • Indigenous Community Support: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to promote cultural understanding and economic growth.
  • Visible Minority Support: Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
