About the Job

We're seeking an experienced creative professional to join our team as our Sr. Creative & Content Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Poppy & Peonies' brand vision.

You'll work closely with the VP of Marketing to develop campaign pitch decks, approval decks, and visual direction. Additionally, you'll partner with the VP of Marketing to establish and enforce brand guidelines and guardrails.

  • Conceptualize and pitch compelling campaign narratives and visual identities.
  • Design and execute graphic design work as needed for various projects.
  • Supervise and mentor the Graphic Designer and Content Coordinator to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in conceptualizing and executing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). They should also have experience in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
