Pay: $22.44 per hour

Benefits: Health and Dental after 6 Months, RRSP's matched at 7%

Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekends as needed

This Full-Time position is based in the Bridgewater area, offering a two-week rotating schedule with every second weekend. You will be working in a new small option home, providing a unique opportunity to make a positive impact.

Requirements:

· Previous experience working with individuals with cognitive deficits, physical disabilities, and mental illness is required.

· Ability to support complex case individuals with behavioral management issues is essential.

· Willingness and ability to complete personal care, including lifts and transfers, is necessary.

· Minimum of 1 year experience in the related field is required.

· Current and Clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Search is mandatory.
