Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute email deployments, automated emails, and comprehensive automated campaigns.
- Test and optimize marketing automation programs to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement.
- Launch, optimize, and scale marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive growth, using data-driven insights to refine and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with MarTech teams to ensure smooth execution and optimization of marketing results.
- Design and execute email marketing experiments, including A/B and multivariate testing, to test hypotheses, learn from results, and iterate on approaches.
- Manage the setup, testing, scheduling, tracking, and measurement of email campaigns to achieve both short-term and long-term marketing objectives.
- Maintain the contact database, including uploading lists, maintaining segmentation, and upholding data hygiene standards.
- Optimize email deliverability while working to minimize list decay and unsubscribes.
- Design and create emails, landing pages, templates, forms, nurture programs, lead scoring models, and other campaign assets, ensuring all assets are built in accordance with industry best practices.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations related to marketing.
