Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires a secondary school graduation certificate and experience in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train them in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reports and Scheduling: Prepare and submit reports, establish work schedules, and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
