Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Bawa Property Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction staff, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, including conflicts, delays, and quality control problems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent travel to project sites. A valid driver's license and a willingness to work outdoors are essential.
