About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to join our team at Atlas Electrical Inc. as a key member of our electrical services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Installation: Design and construct single-phase and multiphase electrical service systems for residential and commercial structures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Wiring and Cabling: Install, splice, and connect wires, as well as design and construct low-voltage electrical systems.
  • Testing and Maintenance: Test and measure voltage, loads, and ground faults, and conduct preventive maintenance programs to ensure electrical systems are functioning safely and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and a high level of satisfaction with our services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development: Instruct apprentices and provide training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with a focus on electrical studies or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
