Customer Service Specialist for Water Treatment Systems

At Veolia, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The primary function of this role is to manage all incoming issues and related documentation, update/create/manage customer technical support cases, and drive open cases to resolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with fellow Technical Support team members, engineering, process & controls groups to ensure issues are recorded and understood to allow uninterrupted customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with Product Management to understand the root cause of failures, communicate and report on progress with customers, and ensure technical closure of cases is recorded and validated with customers.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience working with Veolia WTS systems or equivalent industry experience, as well as strong client relationship management skills. A background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools and knowledge of new equipment and processes related to Veolia WTS products and systems would be highly valued.
